1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using Rank Crown, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" include both you individually and the organization.

2. Service Description

Rank Crown is an SEO analysis platform providing tools including, but not limited to:

• Site Explorer — organic traffic and keyword analysis for any domain
• Keywords Explorer — keyword research with volume, difficulty, and CPC data
• Backlink Analysis — backlink profile inspection and monitoring
• Site Audit — technical SEO issue detection and reporting
• Content Explorer — top-performing content discovery
• Rank Tracker — daily keyword position monitoring

The Service relies on data provided by DataForSEO and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of this data. SEO metrics are estimates and may differ from other tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials (email, password, OAuth tokens) confidential and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Security

Notify us immediately at support@rankcrown.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze domains or content you do not have authorization to analyze where prohibited by applicable law
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform through automated means beyond our documented API (if provided)
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage quotas
• Use the Service to engage in any illegal activity, including intellectual property infringement
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Introduce malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise compromise platform integrity
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation to gain access to features beyond your plan

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

Rank Crown offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans require a valid payment method via Xendit.

5.2 Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases via email. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.4 Taxes

Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

5.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved. After repeated failures, we may downgrade or terminate your account.

5.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

6. Data Usage & API Limits

Each plan includes a defined number of API credits, report exports, and tracked projects as described on the Pricing page. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that disproportionately consume resources or negatively affect platform performance for other users.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Rank Crown name, logo, platform code, design, and all content created by us are owned by Creativism Digital Agency and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, reports, or content you generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7.3 Third-Party Data

SEO data served through Rank Crown (keywords, backlinks, traffic estimates) is provided by DataForSEO under their terms. You may use this data for your own SEO and marketing activities but may not resell or redistribute it without authorization from DataForSEO.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific business requirements or produce particular SEO outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creativism Digital Agency and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• SEO ranking changes resulting from use or misuse of the Service
• Downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creativism Digital Agency and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those laws shall prevail to the extent they conflict with these Terms.
