How quickly will I receive a response?
We aim to respond to all support emails within 24 hours on business days. For billing or urgent account issues, replies are typically sent within a few hours. Partnership inquiries may take 1–2 business days.
My account was charged but I can't access the Pro features. What should I do?
Please email billing@rankcrown.com with your account email and the transaction reference. In most cases this is a sync delay — logging out and back in resolves it. If the issue persists after 15 minutes, our billing team will investigate and restore access immediately.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Rank Crown offers refunds within 7 days of the first charge on a new subscription. Annual plans that have been active for less than 14 days are also eligible. Please review our full Refund Policy for details and email billing@rankcrown.com to initiate a request.
